1. Overview
This website is operated by St Luxe. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to St Luxe. By accessing or using our website and purchasing products or services from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), including any policies referenced herein.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use the website or purchase from us.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by posting changes to this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Online Store Terms
By using our store, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence, or you have given consent for any minors under your care to use the site.
You agree not to use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose or violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Products and Orders
All items listed for sale are pre-owned designer goods. Each item undergoes a detailed authentication process, including inspection of materials, stitching, hardware, and craftsmanship. We then authenticate using Entrupy, the industry leader in luxury authentication trusted by top luxury resellers worldwide. Entrupy reports an accuracy rate of 99.1% across supported brands, backed by extensive testing and live market use.
Due to the nature of vintage and second-hand items, minor signs of wear may be present and are disclosed where possible.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, violation of our policies, or errors in product information.
Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are securely processed via our authorised third-party payment gateways. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the full amount due to your chosen payment method.
We do not store credit card details.
5. Shipping
We offer domestic and international shipping. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be impacted by customs, delays, or carrier disruptions.
It is your responsibility to ensure that shipping details provided are accurate. We are not liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses.

6. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or general dissatisfaction.
If you believe a purchased item is not authentic, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition for third-party authentication. If deemed inauthentic, a full refund will be issued including shipping and authentication costs. If deemed authentic, no refund will be issued, and the customer is responsible for return shipping and authentication fees.

7. Mail-In Authentication Service
We offer a mail-in authentication service for customers to have their own items verified.
Supported Brands:
We currently support both new and past styles from Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Burberry, Coach, Chanel, Chloe, Christian Louboutin, Celine, Dior, Dolce and Gabbana, Fendi, Ferragamo, Givenchy, Goyard, Gucci, Hermès, Loewe, Louis Vuitton, MCM, Prada, Saint Laurent, and Valentino.
Service Fee:
A flat rate applies to all supported brands, excluding Hermès, which has its own pricing. Please refer to the product listing for current rates.
Process:
- Customers are responsible for shipping their item to us, including all associated costs and insurance.
- Please include a pre-addressed return satchel with your item.
- We aim to complete all mail-in authentications within 3 business days of receiving the item. Hermès items may take longer.
- If your item passes authentication, you’ll receive a digital certificate of authenticity via email.
- If your item is not authentic, you’ll be informed via email with a clear explanation of the findings.
Limitations:
- We only assume responsibility for items while they are in our care.
- If we’re unable to authenticate your item due to brand or style, we’ll refund the cost of the service. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

8. Gift Cards
Availability:
St Luxe digital gift cards are available in denominations of $100, $200, $300, and $500 AUD. They’re delivered instantly by email and can be forwarded or printed for gifting.
Usage:
Gift cards can be redeemed across all items and services available at www.st-luxe.com.
Validity:
All gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Restrictions:
All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Gift cards are not transferable and should be treated like cash.
9. Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and content. However, we do not warrant that all site content is error-free or current. We may update information at any time without prior notice.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
Our site may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or privacy practices of any third-party sites. You access such sites at your own risk.
11. User Content
If you submit reviews, images, or other content to us, you grant St Luxe a royalty-free, non-exclusive right to use and reproduce that content for marketing and operational purposes.
You are solely responsible for any content you provide and must ensure it does not infringe any third-party rights or breach any laws.
12. Privacy and Data Use
Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
If you opt in to SMS marketing, we may collect and use your phone number for transactional and promotional messages. We do not share SMS opt-in data with third parties. Our site uses cookies to track cart activity for abandoned cart reminders.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the site (excluding user-submitted content), including images, logos, text, and branding, is the property of St Luxe or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce or exploit any part of the site or its contents without express written permission.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, St Luxe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, purchase of products, or reliance on any information provided.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law (including under Australian Consumer Law), our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.
15. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the website for any unlawful purpose or to infringe on the rights of others. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: unauthorised data scraping, harassment, fraud, uploading malware, or attempting to breach site security.
16. Brand and Trademark Disclaimer
St Luxe is an independent reseller of pre-owned luxury goods. We are not affiliated, associated, authorised, or endorsed by any of the designer brands listed on our website. This includes, but is not limited to: Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Hermès, Dior, Fendi, Celine, Balenciaga, Saint Laurent (YSL), Loewe, Bottega Veneta, Burberry, Givenchy, and Versace.
All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners. They are used for descriptive purposes only to accurately identify the items listed for sale.
All items are verified by qualified authenticators prior to listing. St Luxe holds a Second-Hand Dealer Licence issued by NSW Fair Trading (Licence No: [insert number]).
17. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising under them are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
18. Promotional Giveaways and Competitions
From time to time, St Luxe may host promotional giveaways or competitions via social media or other platforms. Each giveaway will have specific terms, eligibility criteria, and dates of entry. The following terms apply to our current promotion, the St Luxe Instagram Giveaway running from 7 November 2025 to 21 November 2025.
1. Organiser
This promotion (“Giveaway”) is organised and hosted by St Luxe, ABN 29 959 840 123, a registered Australian business trading as St Luxe. The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, or Fendi.
2. Eligibility
This Giveaway is open to Australian residents only. Entrants under the age of 18 years must have parent or guardian consent to participate.
Limit one (1) primary entry per person. Multiple bonus entries are accepted through additional tags or story shares as outlined in Section 4.
Entrants must have a valid Instagram account and comply with Instagram’s terms of use. Accounts found to be using bots, fake engagement, or automated entries will be disqualified.
3. Entry Period
Entries open on 7 November 2025 and close at 11:59 pm AEST on 21 November 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Giveaway, participants must:
• Follow @st.luxeau on Instagram.
• Like the Giveaway post.
• Tag friends in the comments (each tag counts as one entry).
• Share the post to their Instagram story for a bonus entry.
Entries that do not comply with these steps or are incomplete will be deemed invalid. Private accounts must ensure their stories are visible to @st.luxeau for bonus entries to be verified.
5. Prize Details
The prize is one (1) authentic Fendi Zucca Shoulder Bag, authenticated by Entrupy and valued at over $1,500 AUD.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or credit.
Any tax liability or other costs associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Entry Period.
The winner will be announced on the @st.luxeau Instagram account on 22nd November 2025 and contacted directly via Instagram direct message.
The winner must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this period may result in the prize being forfeited, and another winner may be selected.
7. Verification
St Luxe reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the identity of entrants or winners, including age and place of residence. Any entry that is incomplete, incorrect, or suspected of fraudulent behaviour will be disqualified.
8. Delivery of Prize
The prize will be shipped within Australia via tracked delivery at no cost to the winner.
St Luxe accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items once the prize has been dispatched.
9. General Conditions
St Luxe reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if unforeseen circumstances occur beyond its reasonable control.
St Luxe accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, including delays, lost entries, or disruptions to Instagram services.
By entering this Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Entrants grant St Luxe permission to repost, share, or use any public comments, tags, or entries in marketing materials related to the Giveaway.
St Luxe’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Giveaway are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected through this Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of conducting and managing the promotion in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). St Luxe will not sell or disclose personal information to third parties without consent.
11. Platform Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, or Fendi. By participating, entrants release Meta, Instagram, and Fendi from any responsibility arising from or related to the Giveaway.
