At St Luxe, all sales are final unless the item is proven to be inauthentic. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction.
Authenticity Guarantee
We stand by the authenticity of every item sold. In the rare case that you believe your item is not genuine, the following applies:

Notify Us
You must contact us at info@st-luxe.com within 3 days of receiving your order and include supporting evidence of your authenticity concern. -
Return for Assessment
If we approve the return, we will issue a return label and instructions. You will need to return the item to:

The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Third-Party Authentication
We will engage a recognised independent authentication service to assess the item. -
Outcomes

If the item is proven inauthentic: You will receive a full refund including original shipping and all associated costs.

If the item is proven authentic: No refund will be issued. You will be required to cover the authentication and shipping costs.
Note: Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@st-luxe.com if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If your item is approved for return due to authenticity concerns, a refund will be issued. You may then make a separate purchase if desired.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved:
