Domestic & International Shipping
We ship both within Australia and internationally. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Australia: 2–7 business days 

  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and preferred shipping method.
Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or during promotions – see store announcements for current offers.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged Items in Transit
We take great care to pack each item securely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@st-luxe.com within 3 days of delivery.
We will work with the shipping provider to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, offer a resolution such as a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Please retain all original packaging and take clear photos of the damage, as these may be required for claims processing.

Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier directly and email us at info@st-luxe.com for support. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
